Listing Properties That Sell Course Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day refund period.
To be eligible for a refund you must submit your request within 30 days of purchasing Listing Properties That Sell. After 30 days no exceptions will be made.
We’ll happily refund the money you’ve paid us subject to the following conditions:
1. Completed Course Work.
We’ll ask for the following completed course work (to make sure you gave it a try):
You will have followed our testimonial writing system and have written your own client testimonial which you submitted to a client.
Plus, you will have completed watching all the training videos and written work. (our course software monitors and reports back on students who have not watched the training videos - when this happens we contact each student to help them make the most of this course).
2. Q&A calls.
We’ll ask that you attend one Q&A call and participate by asking a question. You can show us work you’ve done on the course so we can give you ideas on how to improve your material, or talk about strategy to help you reach your goals.
We’ll ask for proof that you attended each lesson on the Monday and Helpdesk on the Friday since purchasing the course.
You must submit these three requirements within 30 days to firstname.lastname@example.org to be eligible for a refund.
After you submit these materials, all refunds are within our sole discretion as to whether to grant or deny the refund request.
If your refund is granted, you will receive the amount you paid for the course, minus the payment processing fee (about 3%) which Visa, Mastercard or Amex do not reimburse to their sellers.
Refunds will NOT be granted if you simply decide you can’t afford to pay, decide that you don’t want to complete the course, or don’t do any of the work. If you do the work and put in your best effort and find Listing Properties That Sell isn’t delivering what we promised, you’ll get a refund.
Please do not enroll in Listing Properties That Sell if you just want to “check it out.”
We put an extraordinary amount of time and effort into it and expect that you, as a serious student, plan to do the same.
As noted on the sales page, the course is mostly video tutorials and written exercises, but if you don’t want to complete each lesson and do the work we ask to improve your sales and marketing process, this is not the course for you.
